At the heart of our practice is a commitment to serving our patients.  We stand or fall based on our ability to understand your needs and meet them.  We have found that this usually involves four major concerns that many patients have:

  1. I am terrified of the dentist.  How can I have a calm, comfortable experience? 
  2. What treatment options do I have to get my smile healthy, functional, and/or beautfiul again?
  3. How can I fit the treatment I chose into my budget?
  4. When can I fit this into to my busy schedule?
In order to help maximize success in each of the four areas based on your input, we have individual staff members dedicated to each part of the process.  

  1. Dr. Paul will discuss any concerns you may have regarding fear and anxiety during dental visits, and explain all of our options that can give you the comfortable experience you deserve.
  2. Dr. Paul, the hygienists, and the assistants will help present you with all of your treatment options, the pros and cons involved in each,  as well as answer any questions you have about your options before they even touch a tooth.  
  3. Sheila will offer you all of our financial options for the treatment you have chosen, whether or not you have insurance.  If you do, she will submit all of the necessary paperwork for you.  If you don't she will provide you options that have helped our patients without insurance get the treatment they need.
  4. Gina will coordinate your schedule and ours so that you receive your care in a way that minimizes the impact on work and family life.
